Swatches: Pure Ice's It's Complicated

I just fell in love. With this polish! I was at Walmart and got it for a dollar! It was love at first sight. It has glitter from all of the rainbow! I painted it over black and it is awesome! I would totally recommend it!

    Well I had dark blue under it. Then I used a sponge to dab it on for the first coat. Then I had two more. So three! :)
