Swatches: China Glaze Wave Runner Ombre Set

Hey there! Today I was SUPER excited when I went to Sally's Beauty Shop. I probably spent a half an hour in there. I ended up getting a base coat and the China Glaze wave runner ombre set! I am reviewing and swatching the China Glaze set here! These were actually were my first China Glaze polishes that I bought and over all I was very impressed. At the end, you will see what they look like as an ombre!

The set:

China Glaze White on White:

This is probably my best white polish I have. I goes on great in two coats. It is very vibrate too, If you can say that about a white color. It dries very quick too! Love it!

China Glaze Celtic Sun:

I love the color of this polish but I hate the formula. I had some MAJOR problems with this one. It took about 6 or 7 coats. Plus on my middle and ring finger, the new polish would take off the old stuff. Yes I waited for it to dry and it still did it.

China Glaze I'm With The Lifeguard:

Love this polish and the formula! It dried so quickly, I couldn't believe it! I also only took 2 coats!

 China Glaze Frostbite:

This polish is great! I love the color and its formula. It goes on in 2 coats and dries very fast!

 Ombre of the four:

Truthfully, I think these look a little weird as an ombre. The blue is way to dark for the rest of them. So I mostly just bought the set because it was a great deal. Four China Glaze polishes for 15 dollars is a steal.

Have a great day!

Pastel with silver dots!

Hey everyone!!  Finals this week! Uggh. Anyway, I have seen these really cute manis with silver or gold dots on them. I thought they are really cute! So I tried it! I think they look pretty good. I always have a problem with doing rainbow nails because I only have 5 fingers and there are 6 main colors in the rainbow. Sorry for the ramble. Have a good day!

Swatches: Sally Hansen & Wet n Wild

I actually bought these polishes on Saturday! I am so lazy with posting right now, I apoligize! I bought Sally Hansen Breezy Blue, Sally Hansen Crushed, Wet n Wild Caribbean Frost, & Wet n Wild Blazed.

Sally Hansen Breezy Blue:

I love this blue. It is very light and subtle. It goes good with almost all skin tones to. I did have to use 3 coats of it though because it is pretty light.

Sally Hansen Crushed:

The color of this polish is great but there is an issue I have with it. I had to use 3 coats and it still is a little see threw on my pointer finger.  But other then that, I love it!

Wet n Wild Blazed:

This color is pretty cool. It is a pinkish orange in person. Took 2 coats.

Wet n Wild Caribbean Frost:

I saved the best (In my opinion) for last. I love this color! It reminds my mermaids. Don't ask me why because I have no clue! It also goes on in 2 coats!

 Have a great day!

Sea Inspired Nails

Ugh, Sorry for my lack of posting lately. I have had a few things going on lately. First of all, I have finals next week so i'm rage studying. It sucks so bad. I also have been really tired and didn't get up until 3 pm today. That is like 15 hours of sleep and i'm still tired. So i'm sorry for my laziness. These are yesterday's nails. I actually think that they are one of the best nail designs that I have done! First I did a gradient in the background with Sally Hansen Breezy Blue, Wet n Wild Caribbean Frost, Sally Hansen Blue Me Away, and Finger Paints Art of Theft. Then I used my white and black nail pen to make bubbles and an anchor! I hope you have a great day!

Hey everyone! I don't know about you but I had a REALLY long day and deserve a pretty mani! I was going to do starry night but I painted my nails blue and did a starry day instead! For this mani I used NYC Skyline for the base, NYC Starry Silver Glitter for the glitter, & my white nail pen for the stars! I hope you like it!

Swatches: NYC Times Square Tangerine Creme

I got this polish today at Walmart. I also noticed that Sally Hansen has a new fuzzy nail polish line! I'm gonna have to buy some. The nail polish I got is NYC Times Square Tangerine Creme. So, that is probably the longest name for a nail polish I have ever heard.

It is a nice formula like almost all of the NYC polishes I have tried. Orange happens to be my favorite color so I may be biased by saying that this color is SUPER awesome! Very vibrant and pretty!

( My hand looks really weird :/)

Thanks for reading!!

Inspired by Robin Moses !

Ah, Robin Moses. That women is freaking TALENTED. I could never pull of her nail designs but I can try! I have shorter nails than the lady in the video so they are a little weird. I had to take them off because I got a nail polish I have to swatch tonight but they were pretty while they lasted.

Swatches: L.A. Colors Lightning & Splash

Oh, today was interesting. We had a thunderstorm and it was pouring buckets. And my dad decided to go to Cub in the weather and I went with him. I swear, we almost died driving over there. Well not died but still.  You could barely see anything. Then I had to go into cub with drenched hair, drenched clothes, and my mascara running down my face. Not pretty. I got 3 things while I was there. The Elf Nourishing Cuticle Pen, L.A. Colors Lightning, & L.A. Colors Splash. So it was worth all the rain. I used the Elf pen today but i'm not sure if it works well yet because its only been a day but I will let you guys know! Here are my swatches for my two new L.A Colors polishes.

L.A. Colors Lightning:

I have no clue why they named this polish Lightning. Lightning is yellow, and this polish is pink. But the pink is pretty. I took 3 coats but you could get away with two.

L.A. Colors Splash:

Now this name makes more sense. I like the color, very vibrant. It only takes 2 coats.

Zig Zags!

I made a facebook for this blog, to get more readers! So like that page up! Its on the sidebar. I have zig zags on my nails today. I got the how to from Nail Art 101. Love that blog! I also got 2 polishes that I will swatch soon!

Swatches: 5.17.13 Colors

Happy Friday! I am going to swatch the polishes I got today for you! I got 3 polishes and personally, I love all of them which is rare.

NYC Wine Bar:

Very pretty color! It is also a pretty great formula, espically for NYC. It is smooth and goes on in 3 coats.

Sally Hansen Sun Kissed:

I have wanted this color for a while. I was right, it is awesome! Very good formula to. Goes on in 2 coats.

Maybelline Color Show Iced Queen:

This is the first Maybelline polish that I have tried. I am suprised! It is very pretty and has a great formula.

My Two Loves In One!

Okay, I have two loves in my life. Nail art & Music. With this design I got to combine them, and they are rainbow! My love for nail art started about a half a year ago and I can say that I have come really far. My love for music started when I was born. Music has always been in my life. It has helped me through so much. I listen but I also play music. I know how to play the piano, flute, guitar, and I can sing. Alright, I will stop bragging and just show you my nails! :)

Swatches: When did I get these!?

I was looking at my nail polish collection and realized that I didn't swatch these two nail polishes. I think I got them like a month ago to! Wow, I'm bad. So here they are, a month late.

Wet n Wild Sunny Side Up:

This was only a dollar at Walgreens. It is a pretty color but it's not as cool as it looks in the bottle. It is a good formula though. It is not see through by 2 coats and it is very smooth.

Sally Hansen Golden-1:
I love this color! I have actually been looking for a gold for a while. Very pretty!
