#31DC2015 Days 19 & 20

Hey guys! I got a new light bulb on Saturday for my light box. You can totally tell the difference if you look at the two different designs I'm showing you today. The light bulb I got is a daylight bulb in 5000k and is so much more lighted and natural looking. I'm really pleased with the change.

Day 19 Galaxy

 I did a pastel galaxy for day 19. I always forget how much I love doing galaxy nail art until I do it. I really need to do it much often! I used Rimmel London Sweet Lavender, Rimmel London Mind The Gap, Victoria, NYC Boat Basin, and NYC Tropicoral. I used NYC French White Tip for the stars.Top coat is inm Out The Door.



Day 20 Water Marble

The thing is that I knew this water marble would be shitty because they always tend to be. Water marbles just don't like me I guess. I used O.P.I. Jade is the New Black and O.P.I. OPI...Eurso Euro. Top coat is inm Out The Door. Lets all just move on and pretend that this manicure doesn't exist. :p

#31DC2 Day 15: Galaxy

Hey guys! Sorry, I know that I am a few days late for the 15th day of the 31 Day Challenge 2.0, but I have been busy lately. I filled out an application to work at Starbucks (no nail paint there! :/ ) and I might have an interview soon. Also, I broke a nail so I have been trying to grow them out. I tried a new type of galaxy today: pastel. I have seen this design around and have loved them, so I thought I would try it for myself.

For this design I used cosmetic sponges and a clean up brush. The nail polishes I used are: NYC French Tip White, Sinful Colors Bright Lucite, NYC Nolita's Lavender, NYC Hamptons Peach, and Sally Girl Banana. I topped it all off with Essie Good to Go.

Supernatural (The TV Show) Inspired Nail Art

Supernatural is the main reason that I haven't been blogging as much as usual. I feel in love with that show and have been watching it all the time. Like really, its a problem, I don't do anything else. So I thought I would show you guys some love for Supernatural with nail art! But first here is a summary:

Supernatural is about two brothers, Dean and Sam Winchester. Their mother died when they were young and a demon killed her. Their dad, John, became obsessed with hunting monsters like demons, vampires, werewolves, and all sorts of killers. Then it became a family tradition and the brothers start hunting as well. There is also romantic/lusty relationships, physic powers, other hunters, and Bobby. 



I used OPI You're So Vain-illa for my base. My thumb is inspired by a Angel Banishing Symbol and I used NYC Black Velvet and China Glaze So Blue Without You. My pointer is inspired by Dean's car and they are his license plate numbers, I used NYC Black Velvet. For my middle finger I did a galaxy with way to many polishes to name. For my ring finger I drew a pentagram with NYC Black Velvet and outlined it with Sinful Colors San Fransisco. My pinkie finger is a gun drawn with NYC Black Velvet. I topped it all of with Essie Good to Go.
