18 Nail Art Ideas for the Holidays

Hey guys! Today I have 18 different nail art ideas and polishes for the holidays! Sorry I have been kind of gone lately, but the holidays are a really really busy time for me. But I'm hoping to get another post in tomorrow. So continue on for some close ups and information on the nail art wheel!

1) Sally Girl Sugar Cookie, such a cute color for the holidays!
2) Glitter Gradient French Manicure: I used NYC Skyline Blue and China Glaze Bells Will Be Blinging.
3) Glitter Mash Up: China Glaze Rest In Pieces and NYC Top of the Gold over NYC Black Velvet.

 4) Minion Santa, such a cute idea for kids and adults.
5) Santa Hat: OPI Love.Angel.Music.Baby with LA Colors to make the hat.
6) Sally Hansen Red Carpet, a cute sparkly red for Christmas.

7) Reindeer, this is one of my favorite designs!
8) Christmas Tree, I had to have a tree on here somewhere!
9) China Glaze De-Light over NYC Black Velvet.

10) Christmas Lights: NYC Palm on the Beach, NYC Black Velvet and NYC Red Velvet Rope.
11) Present: OPI Love.Angel.Music.Baby over NYC Red Velvet Rope.
12) Christmas Sweater, even though try to not make your reindeer look like this.

13) Candy Canes, I really just should have used striping tape but noooo I wanted to do it free hand. *sigh*
14) Snowflake: LA Colors White with some glitters over NYC Skyline Blue
15) Zoya Bar = Perfection!

16) Holly Berries: NYC Red Velvet Rope and NYC Palm on the Beach.
17) Santa's Belt: OPI Love.Angel.Music.Baby. (again..), NYC Black Velvet, and NYC Red Velvet Rope.
18) Julie G Mistletoe, such a cute sparkly green for the holidays!

12 Days of Christmas Challenge Days 8 & 9

Hey guys! I have been putting two days into one, for this challenge for a while and I will probably keep doing so. But I am doing the manis on time, you can see the photos on the Facebook group page if you are a member. So are all of you in the Christmas spirit yet? It has been creeping up on my lately more and lately as I make and buy gifts for my family. We still don't have our Christmas tree yet, but we will have it this weekend!

The prompt for day 8 is Christmas decorations. I decided to go for something mildly original: the star on top of the tree. I also have a water marble that actually turned out nice and some glitter. I used NYC French Tip White as my base for the Christmas tree. Then I used Sally Hansen Tan Lime and Zoya Bar. The water marble is Sally Hansen Tan Lime, Sally Hansen Green with Envy, and Sally Hansen Red Carpet. The glitter is Zoya Bar.

The prompt for day 9 is glitter. I went pretty simple with this prompt. Shown is Sally Hansen Rosey Shooter over OPI Green on the Runway. I love this combo together.

12 Days of Christmas Challenge Days 6 & 7

Hey guys! Today I have two days of the 12 Days of Christmas Challenge for you. I am having a lot of fun with this challenge. So the prompt for day 6 was to pick any line from the 12 days of Christmas songs. I picked "4 calling birds". I used LA Colors White for the base. Then I free handed the birds with a nail brush using NYC Black Velvet, Sally Hansen Red Carpet, Sally Hansen Green With Envy, NYC Palm on the Beach, and NYC Tropicoral. I topped it all of with NYC Matte Me Crazy.

The prompt for day 7 is green & red. For this prompt I did a dotticure. My base for this design is LA Colors White. I used a set of dotting tools for the design with Sally Hansen Red Carpet, NYC Palm on the Beach, Sally Hansen Green with Envy, OPI Love.Angel.Music.Baby., and OPI I Sing In Colour.
