X Formula Crafty Swatches

Hey guys! I have some tragic news. I broke my nail so I had to cut them all down. On my swatching hand. If you aren't into nails you are probably thinking that I'm crazy, but this is a huge deal. But good thing that I had a ton of posts ready already! I went to Sephora about a month ago and got some make up and a nail polish. That nail polish was X Formula Crafty and I have swatches below.

X Formula Crafty

X Formula Crafty is a shimmery textured polish. It also is kind of multi chromey. I just don't know how to explain this but its magical. You probably shouldn't drive a car with this on because it is just way to distracting. The formula was surprisingly great. I say that because textured polish are typically impossible to apply but I had no troubles with this. Shown below is two coats without top coat.

12 Days of Christmas Tutorials: Day 2 Snowy Landscape

Hey! I'm behind on my tutorials already. Go me. I haven't even gotten day 3 (today) made yet. So it's going to be a long night for me. I hope you are all liking these tutorials because I sure am! They are lots of fun!

For this design you will need:
  • Base coat
  • Nail brushes
  • Dotting tools or a tooth pick
  • A blue and white polish (textured will make it more snowy.)
Step one: Paint your nails a dark blue

Step two: Paint your tips white. It can be a little bumpy because the ground isn't perfect either.

Step three: Draw a tree. I drew a line up from the ground then mad little triangles coming from the line, in both directions.

Step four: Make different sized dots for the snow in the sky and your done. If you used textured polish, don't use top coat.

Birthday Haul: Part 3 Sally Hansen Sugar Coat Swatches

Hello again! Oddly enough the Sally Hansen Sugar Coat collection has 8 polishes (not including the new ones) and I only have 6. Same thing happened to me with their magnetic polishes. I don't have Bubble Gum Pink or Razzle Berry.

Cherry Drop:

Cotton Candies:

Sweetie:

Sugar Fix:

Sour Apple:

Lick-O-Rich:

My thoughts:

These are the first textured polishes that I have bought, so I don't have much to compare them to. But I do really like them. They had great formulas and went on in two coats. I really like the bottles on these. I just think that they are super cute and original! My favorites are Sugar Fix, Sweetie, and Cotton Candies!

What do you think? Which ones are your favorites? Let me know in the comments and have a great day!
